Fast Shipping
Most orders received before 1:00 P.M. central time will ship same day. Post 1:00 P.M. orders ship within 24 hours of receipt, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:
1. Start Your Return: Log into your account at www.dbdrive.net and request a return. Guests may email returns@dbdrive.net
2. RA Number & Approval: Once your return request is submitted, our Returns Department will review it and email you within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Your RMA number will look like this: Order #1206 becomes 1206-R1.
📌 Important:
Clearly write the RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING BOX ONLY — DO NOT write it on the product packaging or gift box. This ensures your return is processed efficiently and the product packaging remains in good condition.
3. Pack Your Return: Repack the item in its original packaging with all parts. Ensure secure insulation to prevent damage in transit.
4. Warranty Notes: Warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Damage from misuse or modifications is not covered.
5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Orders with free shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We ship from our fulfillment center in South Texas using UPS and USPS depending on order weight and size.
- UPS Ground estimated delivery time: 2 to 6 business days
- UPS is available for all items
- UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses
- Orders over $100 require an adult signature at delivery
