Most orders received before 1:00 P.M. central time will ship same day. Post 1:00 P.M. orders ship within 24 hours of receipt, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Usually, products ship within 24 hours of receipt except if your order is received on Saturday, Sunday, or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. You must contact our Returns Department by email for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) click here to request a return. In your request please give the original order number, Invoice number and invoice date and the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns (unless it was a shipping error on our part). If it is agreed that a refund will be given for your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your credit card account less original shipping charges and/or handling charge. If your order was shipped with “FREE SHIPPING” a 15% re-stocking charge will be imposed to recover our original actual shipping charges. In order to receive a refund or replacement, all items returned must be in “as-new” condition. All products must be returned in outer shipping carton as originally shipped. A copy of the original invoice/packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay of your refund or additional charges. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
If within 30 days of your date of purchase DB Research LLP has Discounted the price of the item you ordered, let us know while the price is still in effect and we will refund the difference. Just contact us at customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-877-787-0101 while the lower price is still in effect. If no longer in effect the price guarantee is no longer valid.
Merchandise is shipped from our order fulfillment center located in South Texas. Depending on the total order size and weight, we offer shipping via UPS and/or USPS . Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and shipped (excluding week-ends and holidays which ship the next business day).
